Q1. What is the Nakumatt Cybercash Card? A. It is a Customer Rewards Program created for Nakumatt and other participating outlets. Watch out for other big names joining the scheme soon. Q2. How do I as a customer benefit from the Nakumatt Cybercash Card? A. At the time of every purchase you make at any Nakumatt or other participating outlets, just present your Nakumatt Cybercash Card at the point of purchase and you will be awarded points for purchases made. These points can then be redeemed for goods and services, which will be advertised from time to time. Q3. How do I accumulate points? A. For every Ksh. 100 /-, you accumulate 1 Cyber Point. So, if you spend Ksh. 500/-, you accumulate 5points and so on. So the more you spend the more points you accumulate. Q4. If I accumulate points for purchase at Nakumatt, Can I redeem these points at any other participating outlet? A. Yes, points accumulated at any participating outlet can be redeemed at any other participating outlet - the choice is yours!! Q5. What if I forget my card? A. You will have to present the card at the point of purchase. If the card is not present at the point of purchase, you will not be able to accumulate points for that purchase. Q6. Can I have one card each for each of my family members? A. You may have one card per every adult member in the family, but having only one card per family is a better idea so that all purchases made by all your family members can be awarded points on the same card. The more the points you accumulate on a card, the better will be your award. Q7. What if I loose my card? A. Report loss of your card immediately at the nearest Nakumatt store or any other participating outlet. Fill out the "Replacement Card Application form" available at the outlet. We will re-issue your card subject to certain conditions and checks. Q8. Will I loose my points accumulated in the lost card? A. No. They will be transferred to the replacement card subject to verifications. |
