The Nakumatt Cybercash card is issued by and remains the property of Cybercash Ltd., who reserve the right to decline issue or withdraw the card at any time, or to alter or terminate the Nakumatt Cybercash card scheme without notice.
The Nakumatt Cybercash card Scheme is available to all persons who submit a completed application form subject to approval of the application.
Nakumatt Cybercash card can only be used in all Nakumatt Supermarkets and other participating outlets in the Nakumatt Cybercash Scheme, and cannot be used as a debit or credit card.
Points will be awarded on qualifying purchases at the rate applicable from time to time. Whether you present your Nakumatt Cybercash card or not, the amount you will pay for your purchases will be the same. However, when you do present your Nakumatt Cybercash card, you will receive Cyber points as well. The number of points issued may vary between qualifying purchases.
To accumulate points for a transaction, your Nakumatt Cybercash card must be presented at the checkout before your purchases are tilled, otherwise the transaction cannot be recorded and points cannot be awarded. Points cannot be claimed retrospectively. The card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person to whom it is issued.
Points will not be awarded for any purchases of gift vouchers or purchases made by redeeming loyalty points or credit notes.
Cybercash Ltd reserves the right to vary the points on qualifying purchases and redemption value of points from time to time. Any change will be notified by display of notices at Nakumatt and other participating outlets
Points may only be redeemed against goods and services that are highlighted at the participating outlets from time to time. Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash at any time.
Nakumatt and other participating outlets reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services in store and other third party products and services available for redemption.
Cybercash card Ltd. will not be responsible if the Nakumatt Cybercash card is rendered unusable due to any technical problems or any other reason whatsoever.
Cybercash Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss caused to you due to power failure, strikes or any natural calamity beyond our control or any other participating outlet or equipment refusing to accept your card for any reason whatsoever.
Card promotions will be notified to you on displays at Nakumatt and /or other participating outlets. Promotions will be available subject to terms and conditions as notified to you by way of the aforesaid display and will be at discretion of Cybercash Ltd. Such promotions can be altered or withdrawn solely at discretion of Cybercash Ltd.
If a product purchased with Nakumatt Cybercash card points is faulty, please return it to the outlet where it was purchased. Where
Necessary, the relevant points will be re-credited to your Nakumatt Cybercash card. No cash refunds will be given in these circumstances.
If you change your mind about a purchased product, you must present your Nakumatt Cybercash card so that points awarded at the time of the original purchase can be debited from your Nakumatt Cybercash card.
Cybercash Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the scheme. Any change will be notified by the display of notices in Nakumatt and other participating stores.
Cybercash Ltd. reserves the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found that the cardholder has abused the card and /or scheme.
Cybercash Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any product or service that is provided to you by a third party supplier, the provision of which shall be subject to that supplier's terms and conditions.
